For any quality issues arising from products manufactured and sold by our company, we provide after-sales service in accordance with the “Three Guarantees” policy (repair, replacement, and return), which is carried out by our dedicated sales and service team.

Upon receiving quality-related information from the customer (via phone call, letter, or verbal notification), we will immediately dispatch relevant personnel to the site to resolve the issue and ensure customer needs are met effectively.

After receiving a service request, our after-sales personnel will handle the issue diligently, thoroughly, and attentively to ensure the user can use the product in a timely manner without any concerns.

While promptly resolving quality issues, our after-sales staff are also obligated to provide users with free technical consultation, training, and answers to any other related product inquiries.

For confirmed quality issues caused by our products, all related costs will be borne by the company. If the problem is due to user-caused damage or if the product is beyond the warranty period, the company will charge a reasonable fee, which will not exceed the actual expense (or cost).
