The QY Insulated Overhead Crane is a type of lifting equipment designed for specific industrial applications. It is primarily used in the smelting workshops of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, magnesium, lead, and zinc electrolysis. During operation, the insulation device effectively prevents the current from being conducted from the suspended charged components to the crane body, ensuring operational safety. The crane's critical parts use high-performance insulating materials such as Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP). Additionally, one or more layers of insulating paint are applied to the metal structure's surface to form an insulation protection layer.
In aluminum electrolysis workshops, where temperatures are typically high, the insulated overhead crane safely handles anodes, cathodes, and semi-finished aluminum materials under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
The insulated overhead crane is suitable for the smelting processes of non-ferrous metals such as magnesium, lead, and zinc.
