Electromagnetic Overhead Crane is an efficient material handling equipment equipped with detachable electromagnets, designed for lifting and transporting metal materials. Its hoisting mechanism consists of a motor, reducer, drum, and wire rope, which collectively control the lifting and lowering of the electromagnetic lifting device. The lifting capacity ranges from 5 to 50 tons. The crane operates under duty classes A5 and A6, with magnetic retention time lasting between 10 to 30 minutes.
This system enables more precise, faster, and smoother lifting and movement of heavy loads. The electromagnetic lifting device utilizes electric current to attract and release ferrous materials, with adjustable magnetic force for optimal material handling efficiency.
The hoisting mechanism of the electromagnetic bridge crane adopts the classical parallel axis layout, the trolley running mechanism adopts the low speed shaft centralized drive structure, and the cart running adopts the structure of independent drive on both sides. It can be divided into hook type and hanging beam type according to the picking form; According to the layout of hanging beam, it can be divided into parallel main beam type and vertical main beam type; According to the rotation mode, it can be divided into upper rotation type and lower rotation type; According to the operation mode, it can be divided into ground operation, air operation and remote control operation.

Dafang’s R&D team consists of over 260 members, including 104 with senior or intermediate engineering qualifications. The company invests 3.8% of its annual sales into technology development. Dafang was the first in the industry to adopt anti-sway and automatic positioning technologies.
