The precast beam lifting gantry crane is a tire-mounted gantry crane specifically designed for bridge construction, mainly used for lifting precast beams. This crane can lift precast beams from the casting platform to the storage platform and then transfer them to the beam transporter after curing. It supports both dual-machine synchronized lifting and single-machine dual-trolley dual-spreader operations, offering flexible and efficient handling. Widely used in highway, bridge, and power plant construction sites, it meets the needs of loading, unloading, and transporting precast beams.

The lifting crane adopts a truss or box girder structure, available in single-girder and double-girder configurations. Its hoisting mechanism typically uses winches, which provide stable operation and adapt well to construction site environments.

The beam lifting gantry crane is composed of modular components such as assembled main girders, legs, and bridge crane modules, connected via pins and high-strength bolts, enabling fully mechanized operations. The precast beam lifting gantry crane employs a simply supported single-span erection method. The beam transporter delivers beams to the rear of the launching gantry, where the lifting trolley picks up the beam and fine-tunes its position in the air for precise alignment. This equipment features hydraulic tire-driven movement and longitudinal transfer within the span, offering flexibility and efficiency. It can erect double-line box girders of 32 meters, 24 meters, and 20 meters, and adapts to complex conditions such as small curvature radius (R5500m) and longitudinal slopes of 20°.
