Description

The NLH double-girder bridge crane is a type of heavy-duty lifting equipment widely used in industrial fields. It mainly consists of the bridge frame, trolley traveling mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, and electric hoist. The bridge frame is composed of two main girders and an end beam. The main girders typically adopt a box-type or truss structure, offering high strength and rigidity to withstand heavy loads.

The trolley traveling mechanism is mounted on the end beam, and the bridge crane is driven by a motor to move longitudinally along the rails. The hoist trolley travels on the main girders and drives the electric hoist to move transversely, enabling precise positioning.

As the lifting mechanism, the electric hoist trolley is responsible for vertically lifting goods and is equipped with dual-speed or multi-speed motors to meet various working conditions. This hoist bridge crane features a compact structure and stable operation. Users may also opt for a European-style hoist trolley as the lifting mechanism. The double-girder hoist bridge crane is suitable for material handling and lifting operations in workshops, warehouses, and similar settings.
