The Double-Girder Semi-Gantry Crane (BMG) is a robust and high-capacity lifting equipment, ideal for medium to heavy-duty material handling tasks. Its main structure consists of two main beams, one side with partial support legs, and an electric trolley. The two main beams offer excellent rigidity and load-bearing capacity, and their surfaces are treated with anti-corrosion coatings to extend their service life. The support legs are usually arranged on one side, while the other side is supported by the existing structure of the factory. This design saves space and reduces costs.

The electric trolley is positioned between the two main beams, and the lifting and horizontal movement of heavy loads are powered by electricity, ensuring smooth and precise operation. The running mechanism is located at the bottom of the support legs and is equipped with rubber tires or metal wheels with braking functions, ensuring smooth movement and precise positioning on the tracks. The entire system is equipped with an advanced electrical control system, including multiple safety protection devices.
