An overhead crane supplied by our company has been operating reliably at a manufacturing plant in Vietnam. Since commissioning, the crane has integrated smoothly into daily production and continues to perform steadily under frequent lifting conditions.
The project is located in an industrial park in northern Vietnam. The customer specializes in metal components and industrial parts manufacturing. As production capacity increased, manual handling methods became inefficient and posed safety risks. To improve operations, an overhead crane system was introduced.
The crane was configured based on workshop layout and process requirements, including optimized span, lifting height, and traveling speed. It now supports raw material handling, intermediate transfers, and finished product lifting.
