Recently, the lifting equipment project supplied and engineered by our company for a large mechanical manufacturing factory has been successfully installed, commissioned, and officially put into operation. The project includes a total of 25 overhead cranes and 8 jib cranes, covering the main production and material handling areas of the workshop. All equipment is currently operating smoothly, delivering excellent performance and earning high praise from the customer.


The project was systematically designed based on the customer’s production process, workshop layout, and material flow requirements. The overhead cranes are mainly used for heavy component machining, assembly, and cross-workstation transportation, offering advantages such as high lifting capacity, wide operating range, and high efficiency. The jib cranes are flexibly arranged around workstations, handling component lifting, equipment maintenance, and auxiliary material handling, significantly improving operational convenience and safety.
During manufacturing, our company strictly implemented a comprehensive quality management system. From steel structure fabrication and welding to machining, electrical assembly, and final commissioning, every process was carefully controlled to ensure long-term stable operation. In addition, considering the high-frequency usage in mechanical factories, the cranes were optimized in terms of drive systems, electrical control, and safety protection to further enhance reliability and service life.
Since the equipment was put into operation, material handling efficiency within the workshop has been greatly improved, manual labor intensity has been significantly reduced, and production processes have become more streamlined. The customer stated that the supplied cranes feature stable performance, smooth operation, and convenient maintenance, playing a key role in ensuring safe production and efficient factory operation.
