A gantry crane designed and manufactured by our company has been operating steadily at an outdoor production base in Northwest China. Since commissioning, the equipment has demonstrated stable performance and high reliability under various working conditions, becoming an essential lifting solution for on-site operations.
The project is located in an industrial park in Shaanxi Province, where the customer focuses on the production and handling of large prefabricated components and engineering materials. As the operation area is mainly outdoors, the crane must withstand strong winds, temperature fluctuations, and dusty conditions, placing high demands on structural strength and operational stability.
To meet these requirements, enhanced rigidity was applied to the main girder and supporting legs during the design stage. The traveling mechanisms and protection systems were optimized to suit long-term outdoor operation. The gantry crane offers flexible movement across a wide working range, supporting multiple lifting points and processes.
In daily operation, the crane is used for loading, unloading, and internal transportation of large components. According to customer feedback, the crane runs smoothly with precise positioning, simple operation, and low maintenance requirements, significantly improving outdoor handling efficiency.
