Recently, the 32/5t double-hook overhead crane designed and manufactured by our company has successfully completed production, assembly, and final inspection. The equipment is now fully prepared for shipment and will soon be delivered to the customer’s site.
This overhead crane features a double-hook configuration, with a main hoist rated at 32 tons and an auxiliary hoist rated at 5 tons. The design allows flexible operation under various working conditions, making it suitable for both heavy lifting and auxiliary handling tasks. It is widely used in industries such as machinery manufacturing, steel structure fabrication, equipment installation, and large component assembly. The dual-hook arrangement significantly improves operational efficiency and lifting accuracy, especially in workshops with demanding production schedules.
During the design phase, our engineering team carefully analyzed the customer’s workshop layout and actual operating requirements. Key parameters such as span, lifting height, traveling speed, electrical configuration, and safety systems were optimized accordingly. The crane features a rational structural layout, with main girders manufactured from high-strength steel to ensure excellent rigidity and stability, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation under rated load conditions.
The 32/5t overhead crane is equipped with a comprehensive set of safety protection devices, including lifting height limit switches, travel limiters, overload protection, and emergency braking systems. These features effectively enhance operational safety. In addition, the electrical control system provides smooth response and stable operation, helping reduce operator workload and improve overall productivity.
Prior to delivery, the crane successfully passed complete commissioning procedures, including no-load and rated load tests. All performance indicators met design specifications and relevant industry standards. According to the delivery schedule, the equipment will be transported to the customer’s site, where professional technicians will assist with installation and commissioning to ensure rapid and reliable commissioning.
The successful completion of this 32/5t overhead crane once again demonstrates our company’s strong capabilities in the design and manufacture of medium and large lifting equipment.
