Recently, the 25-ton overhead crane customized, designed, and manufactured by our company for a client in Uzbekistan has been successfully completed. The equipment has passed all assembly and factory inspection procedures and is now fully packaged and ready for shipment to the customer’s site, where it will support daily production and material handling operations.
With a rated lifting capacity of 25 tons, this overhead crane adopts a proven and reliable bridge crane structure, offering strong load-bearing capability and stable operation. During the design stage, our engineering team carefully considered the customer’s working conditions, workshop layout, and operating frequency, and optimized key parameters such as lifting height, traveling speed, and structural configuration to ensure safe, efficient, and long-term operation.
Throughout the manufacturing process, strict quality control standards were applied at every stage, including main girder fabrication, machining, and electrical system assembly. High-quality materials and standardized welding processes were used for critical structural components, ensuring excellent strength and durability. Before delivery, the crane successfully completed no-load, rated-load, and functional tests, with all performance indicators meeting design requirements.
