Recently, the 10t+10t double girder overhead crane customized, designed, and manufactured by our company for a client in Pakistan has successfully completed all fabrication, assembly, and final inspection processes. The equipment has now been fully packaged and is ready for shipment to the customer’s site, where it will be used for material handling and daily production operations inside the workshop.
The crane features a double girder bridge structure and is equipped with dual hoisting mechanisms. Each hook has a rated lifting capacity of 10 tons, allowing flexible operation with either single-hook lifting or coordinated dual-hook lifting, depending on actual working conditions. This configuration enables the crane to handle a wide range of materials and components efficiently, making it well suited for industrial workshop applications.
During the design phase, our engineering team carefully analyzed the customer’s workshop layout, operating frequency, and production process. Key parameters such as span, lifting height, traveling speed, and control mode were optimized accordingly to ensure safe, efficient, and stable operation within the available space. Structural strength, fatigue resistance, and long-term reliability were fully considered and verified during the design process.
Throughout the manufacturing process, the crane was produced in strict accordance with relevant standards and quality requirements. From main girder welding and precision machining to electrical system configuration, every step underwent rigorous quality control. Proven and reliable components were selected for key systems, and the main girders were optimized through structural calculations to ensure excellent load-bearing performance and operational stability. Before delivery, the crane successfully passed no-load, rated-load, and functional tests, demonstrating smooth operation and stable performance.
